Cars and parking

While we understand the need for people to drive to, and park at the University, we encourage staff, students and visitors to consider other means of transport where possible; to reduce air pollution and carbon emissions and make our campus and your journey more sustainable.

All Electric Vehicle (EV) charging bays across campus will be temporarily closed on Friday 14 June 2024 for essential maintenance work. The bays will be reopened on Saturday 15 June 2024.

The parking spaces directly behind the Energy Centre will not be accessible during repair work on Kimberlow Lane - 23 and 24 May 2024.

If you wish to park on campus, you will need to have a valid parking permit (purchased from the online parking permit system) or you will need to buy a pay and display ticket.
