You can pay the University in a number of ways, including:
Don't want to miss payment deadlines? The easiest way to pay tuition fees and university accommodation fees is by direct debit where your payment will automatically be debited from your account on the due date or the next available working day. We will notify you via your University email address of amounts and dates at least 10 days before the collection so there won't be any unexpected payments taken from your account. There is no extra charge for direct debit payments but you will need to have a UK bank account.
Direct debit mandate deadline
You need to submit your completed direct debit mandate form online or to the Fees Office by Tuesday 3 October 2023 in order for it to be processed before your first payment is due.
Please note: if you are paying for your accommodation by direct debit, this will still be collected in three instalments.
The quickest way to set up a direct debit for your tuition fees and accommodation is by logging in to your account. Go to the 'Your finance' tab, click on the 'Direct Debit' tab and find the 'Direct debit mandate' button at the bottom of the page to set up and manage your direct debits.
If you don't want to set your direct debit up online - or if you are a paying on behalf of a student - you can complete the paper direct debit mandate form and return it to the Fees Office, Market Square.
If you want your tuition fees and accommodation fees to be paid from different bank accounts, complete a paper direct debit mandate for the second account and return it to the Fees Office.
You can update your bank details or cancel your direct debit using . Go to 'Your finance' section and find the 'Direct debit mandate' button at the bottom of the page in the 'Direct debit' tab.
You can also cancel your direct debit by visiting the Fees Office or by instructing your bank and advising the Fees Office that this has been done.
Card payments should be made online using or the .
We do not make any card surcharges for payments by debit or credit card. Please note, your bank, building society or card provider might include a charge, particularly if it is based outside the UK.
